today is 29 feb!

hahahaha~ yeah~ if i dun blog today i need to wait for four year~ hahahahahaha~

people that born today is very special... hahaha~ cos they only can celebrate theirs birthday every four years~

i wish people that born in feb 29 HAPPY BIRTHDAY~! =D enjoy today if not you have to wait for another four years...

but why only every four year that is feb 29? Why only feb? why is 29 feb and not 30 or 31? wht must it so special? why why why?
